Missing spare tire cover + at least my wife’s old Liberty came with a full sized spare. Pretty sure I’ve never seen one with a space saver like that.

Also, they clearly got the Renegade upgrade option from the factory.

My guess: driver had a flat, and hasn’t had the chance to fix it yet. The spare is being used, so what happens if you get another flat? I believe that’s the space-saver you got with some XJ Cherokees, so maybe the driver is a Jeep enthusiast and just had it lying around.
